More on Students and Tools

Another student wrote the following sentence to illustrate the word tool: "My tool is my boyfriend because I get him to do everything for me."

The funny thing is that the word herramienta was introduced in the context of Internet, technology, web-surfing, etc. I expected the students to come up with sentences like "Google is a useful tool for those who search for information" or something like that. Of course, students are always a lot more inventive than what one expects.
